Müsli och torkade äpplen
Det har varit en del intresse för müslin som jag gör. Så här kommer receptet. Det kommer från boken "Den franske bagaren" av Sébastien Boudet.
Jag har scannat det från boken så därför kommer det som en bild. De är klickbara. Funkar det inte så kan jag maila ut receptet.
Jag torkade även äpplen för att ha i müslin. Då skalade och skivade jag äpplena tunt och la på ett bakplåtspapper i långpannan. Jag satte in det på 50 grader i ugnen och la en grytlapp över luckan så att den skulle vara lite öppen. Det tog ca 12 timmar att torka dem. Det kan nog vara lite olika beroende på hur tunna skivorna är. De ska bli hårda och krispiga som chips. Förutom att ha det i müslin så blir det även världens godaste och nyttiga godis.

minns när vi gjorde fruktsoppa på äpplen i skolan, ganska gott.
